There are approximately 27 million people who are slaves in the world today.
IJM seeks to make public justice systems work for victims of abuse and oppression who urgently need the protection of the law. {source}
This December we are wearing dresses to raise awareness of the Least of These. The individuals trapped and tricked into all kinds of modern day slavery.
Campaign 1:17 seeks to bring awareness of modern day slavery to people, and raise funds for IJM to continue their work.
We - Kerry, Sara, Hope and Holly - are wearing dresses everyday for a month to raise awareness and funds for Campaign 1:17 to benefit IJM to save kids and woman like us so they can live free.
