I modified this 2881 Simplicity pattern by adding the skirt overlay and not adding the skirt tabs or the bodice overlay [the V shaped piece that rests over the top of the shoulders]. I also prefer to wear it not 'off the shoulder', but can be adjusted for either way with the drawstring tucker around neckline.
